RE: Flex-A-Seal and COVID-19

In response to global uncertainty and domestic changes occurring daily, we want to assure you that Flex-A-Seal is taking precautions to protect the health and safety of our employees and their families and our customers.

As of today, we continue to maintain our standard manufacturing and delivery schedule. Our exceptional employees are committed to ensuring this schedule continues as long as possible during this time. If circumstances change, you will be notified as soon as we are able. If you have any questions or concerns about your orders, as always please reach out to your Outside Sales Representative or Inside Sales Account Manager.

Health and Safety

We have suspended all non-essential business-related travel. In addition, access to our facilities is open to employees and essential vendors only.

We have successfully tested our remote capabilities and employees have begun to move off-site. You can continue to reach Flex-A-Seal employees at their current telephone extensions and email addresses.

Within the Flex-A-Seal facilities, we have increased hygiene protocols in and around our offices and workstations. All employees are being reminded to avoid crowded places, wash their hands regularly, and avoid unnecessary physical contact with other people.

Vendors

Before you or your representatives visit either our VT or LA facilities, please consult with your inside Flex-A-Seal contact to determine if your business is included on our “Essential Vendor” list. Only vendors who have been pre-authorized to be on site will be allowed into our facilities. All essential vendors must comply with our preventative hygienic protocols.

In Conclusion

Our goal continues to be supplying our customers with sealing solutions critical to operations during this time while ensuring the safety and protection of our employees and their families.
