Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, LLC has acquired Robco of America, a Texas-based mechanical seal company with decades of expertise in specialty mixer applications and comprehensive seal repair. The acquisition expands Flexaseal’s service capacity in the Gulf Coast region and adds specialized capabilities in one of the market’s most demanding application segments.
Robco, founded in 1994, built its reputation on custom-designed seals for mixers, agitators, reactors, and bead mills, along with detailed failure analysis and reverse engineering of discontinued OEM components. That specialty, combined with a loyal customer base in the Gulf Coast and around the US, adds capabilities and market knowledge that strengthen Flexaseal’s service offering.

Robco will continue to operate under its own name as a division of Flexaseal, co-located within the new Flexaseal manufacturing and repair center at 7547 E Orem Dr, Houston, TX 77075.
