We’re pleased to announce that Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, LLC has acquired Robco of America, a Texas-based mechanical seal company known for its expertise in specialty mixer applications and seal repair.
Robco, headquartered in New Caney, TX, brings a loyal customer base and decades of technical experience. It will continue to operate under the Robco of America name as a division of Flexaseal.
Tony Lyons, a leader at Robco for over 30 years, joins our team and will be based out of our Houston office. His deep knowledge of seal repair and customer service will help expand our service capabilities in the region. Peter Wighton, Robco’s CEO, will remain on as an independent contractor to support his long-standing customers and introduce them to Flexaseal’s full range of products and services.
This acquisition enhances our position in the seal repair market and creates new opportunities to serve our customers with greater reach, responsiveness, and reliability.
