Cryogenic liquids like oxygen, nitrogen, and argon can slow down and stabilize chemical reactions in many different processes. This insures accurate measurement or transportation of volatile materials. Cryogenic liquids are typically delivered via trucks or railroad cars and require special mechanical seals to contain the product and to keep it liquid. Many industrial areas such as food processing, chemical processing and medical facilities use cryogenic pumps and seals.
