Stationary Seats (Mating Rings) are the non rotating primary seal ring mounted in the gland plate or other motionless structural part of the rotating equipment. Various standard shapes are available:

Material Available
Silicon Carbide, Nickel Bound Tungsten Carbide, Ceramic, Ni Resist, 17-4 S.S. each seat is supplied with a suitable elastomer or gasket.
