Flex-A-Seal has developed and field tested a reliability software tool which is available through our distributors for our major customers.

This software was developed by Flex-A-Seal as a tool to track and organize a plants rotating equipment ultimately leading to a marked increase in Mean Time between Failures (MTBF). With the ability to provide the right seal for any application and a means to track our success, the customer is assured of cutting costs in both sealing products as well as downtime and non-productivity.

The database together with the ability to link to maps and documents in explorer makes this program useable as an information database including scanned drawings and any other document.

One of the big advantages of this software is that the communication level with the end-user is complete.
The pump item number (location number) is the basic reference, so when communicating on any issue, Flex-A-Seal can retrieve application data, drawings, repair reports and any other information needed which is related to this item number.

End-users can even use this reliability tool to reference pumps parts lists, drawings, repair procedures, etc. which will help organize information.
