	Flex-A-Seal’s repair facility is one-of-a kind. We have made a commitment to repair all mechanical seal styles regardless of manufacturer. We repair to like-new condition. If the seal is not repairable, we will quote a new Flex-A-Seal as a replacement or offer a range of exchange programs to suit the customer’s needs. We have designed the Flex-A-Seal repair facility to combine state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing capabilities. We view this commitment as a necessity to properly service our distributors and end users in today’s market. Analysis		Testing & Assembly
A significant amount of information is generated from the detailed analysis in Step 1. With our full time staff of engineers, this information is used to analyze the overall performance of the seal and to assure we repair or replace the seal with the best and most reliable sealing option.	Custom Manufacturing		Seals’ faces are lapped to within one or two light bands (.0000235). We offer a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, specialists dedicated to seal repair and the ability to replicate a wide variety of manufactured seal components. All seals are tested prior to shipping, which ensures the integrity of all sealing components.
