Hermetic Bellows Division

The cornerstone of our business over the years has been our welded bellows seals. We have designed and manufactured these intricate seals for some of the most demanding services for users around the world.

After substantial success in establishing ourselves in the fluid sealing industry, we have found many opportunities to expand our edge welded bellows assemblies in various industries that can benefit from our technology. We currently have applied our welded metal bellows assemblies in some of the most demanding of services from extremely toxic and corrosive to high pressure and/or high temperature. Some of the many industries our bellows have been applied in are: Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Pulp & Paper, High Vacuum, High Speed, Down Hole Drilling, Energy, Hazardous Material Handling, Cryogenics, Marine as well as others.

Engineering

With collective experience of over 75 years in the bellows industry our engineering department is second to none. Our equipment is state of the art. Subsequently, this has given us a design and manufacturing foundation that is one of the best in the industry. This wide range of engineered quality and welded bellows experience will allow you enormous flexibility. This flexibility translates into correct solution time and again regardless of the challenge you are faced with and regardless of the delivery time you require.

Welding & Machining

For all our welded metal bellows, we use the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding method. This provides superior fine control of the arc which results in efficient, clean and long lasting welds.

We have the capability of manufacturing our bellows in house of virtually any weldable material regardless of thickness. Our in house machine shop has the capacity to manufacture a myriad of sizes and styles of fixtures and end fittingsl. All machines are, again, state of the art providing the highest quality most cost effective machined parts.

Turnaround

With all of our manufacturing actually done at our facility, we have the ability to control our scheduling and production to meet our customers demands. We pride ourselves on the quickest and highest percent of on time deliveries in the welded metal bellows industry.
